Shipping

For your convenience, we feature UPS shipping (where available) and you can choose from several UPS shipping options. Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated based on the shipping method and the total weight and number of of the items selected. SupplyCounter.com reserves the right to change the shipping method, depending on requested delivery location, product location and time of order, to save you time and/or money on your equipment needs.

Sometimes items ordered can be consolidated into one shipment, and sometimes multiple items are shipped from various warehouse locations. SupplyCounter.com reserves the right to alter the shipping and handling charges originally quoted in certain circumstances, and will always get an approval from you ahead of time, should this situation occur.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover credit cards. For security purposes, credit card purchases will only be shipped to the address of record with your credit card company. Every credit card purchase at SupplyCounter.com is processed through a Server secured and encrypted by Stripe, a leader in secure online credit card processing.

Sorry, SupplyCounter.com does not accept Purchase Orders, or checks.

Sales Tax

SupplyCounter.com does not collect sales taxes. Any sales taxes and/or use taxes due are your responsibility.

Warranty, Returns and Repairs

All products carry the full manufacturer's warranty. If you need to return an item for repair, under warranty, please contact us.

We will accept back any normally stocked current item if returned within 30 days, that is in absolutely brand-new, unused condition. There will be a minimum 25% (minimum $5.00) re-stocking fee. All returned items must include the original packaging and documentation. You need to contact us to get an RMA BEFORE any items are returned, and you are responsible for the return shipping and insurance. All returned items must be sent to the address you are provided. Most vendor drop-ship orders need to be returned directly to the vendor and not to SupplyCounter.com. Any items returned to the wrong address that require re-shipping will have those associated charges deducted from the credit issued.

We cannot take back any special-order, custom items, non-stock items, discontinued items, damaged items, or installed items or items that are missing any components or hardware, or items that are marked as non-returnable.
